Saving / Email / Citing:

Citing an item:

When viewing a list of thumbnails for a specific document, use the Citation/Export button (found just below the thumbnails for each page of that document).

You will need to take the information about the document and archive and place it into the proper citation format for the appropriate citation style.  These are often considered documents or manuscripts retrieved from an archive.

Emailing a list of search results:

From the search results screen, you can email a list of titles which match your search, including the article title, newspaper title, date, and starting page number.  The emails will also include links to individual records, but these links will work on-campus only. Return to the library's Databases A-Z page to access the database and search for the articles.

Saving:

Download a PDF of an entire document, page range, or an image.

My Archive account:

Create a personal / free Adam Matthew My Archive account to save items online from session to session.
