Interlibrary Loan: Interlibrary Loan

Interlibrary Loan

Interlibrary Loan Mission Statement

The Interlibrary Loan (ILL) Department supports the research and information needs of California State University Stanislaus students, faculty, and staff by providing access to material not owned by our library or available through CSU+. Materials are borrowed through an international partnership of libraries. In turn, the ILL Department reciprocates by providing the same services to other participating libraries.

Interlibrary Loan Eligibility

Those eligible for Interlibrary Loan (ILL) services are currently registered Stanislaus State students and staff, and faculty. ILL requests should be submitted using the online forms below. A current Stanislaus State ID card is needed to use the online forms.

NOTE: Current textbooks are not available through interlibrary loan (see Interlibrary Loan FAQ's).  These forms are for requesting material NOT owned by CSU Stanislaus Library. Please check availability via the OneSearch and CSU+ before requesting a book. If you are requesting an article, check OneSearch and the Journals A - Z or use the DOI Lookup form to see if the article is already available from the CSU Stanislaus Library.  Reference librarians are also available for assistance with article requests.

* Use the "Request a Book" link for theses and dissertations, reports, music scores, and other non-journal material.
