Wireless access is provided throughout the CSU Stanislaus campus (including the parking lot areas) by the Office of Information Technology (OIT). For wireless access information, see the OIT page, Wireless Network Access Information.
Remote Access to Library Databases and Online Resources:
From locations on campus, users will automatically be able to access Web-based Library resources. CSU Stanislaus-affiliated users (currently registered students, faculty and staff members) can also take advantage of the Library's proxy service to be authenticated to access licensed (i.e. restricted) Library resources from locations away from campus. No set-up or configuring of browsers is necessary: the proxy service will prompt you for MyStanState credential input when you attempt to access a restricted resource. For questions about access or assistance searching databases and other electronic resources, please contact the Library Research Help Desk at 209-667-6558 or the virtual chat service on the Library homepage.
