The Stanislaus State Library has contacts with several publishers which allow Stanislaus State authors to publish their articles as "Open Access" in participating journals with no or reduced costs.
Libraries across the CSU system have negotiated these "Read and Publish" or "Transformative" agreements to help make California-funded research freely available to researchers around the world.
