Interlibrary Loan Access Changes

For 2022-2023, the library has migrated most Interlibrary Loan services to the OneSearch system. To access your Interlibrary Loan requests, login into your OneSearch account.

OneSearch Account - Interlibrary Loan Requests:

Under Requests
- Download PDFs of articles which have been delivered.
- View outstanding requests for books and articles that are still being processed.
Under Loans
- Check the status and due date of CSU+ books you have picked-up.

To place new requests:

Use the blank Interlibrary Loan request form.
If you Sign In on OneSearch, look for Get it / Get a copy options underneath a title.

The older ILLiad system will only be used for books and physical loans not available via CSU+/OneSearch partner libraries. All articles and other "digital" (PDF) items will be delivered through the OneSearch system.

OneSearch Account Under "Requests," download PDFs of articles and book chapters which have been received, and check on the status of book requests.
ILLiad Books not available via a OneSearch partner library (CSU+ books from other CSU campuses) may be routed through the ILLiad system. Always use the OneSearch ILL request form to submit your requests, and you will receive an email if a request is routed to ILLiad.
Interlibrary Loan Services In your article database searches, some books may appear. If we don't have them in our catalog or CSU+, order from interlibrary Loan.
