Indigenous Studies & Sustainability

This page details campus initiatives for sustainability, including the Council for Sustainable Futures, the Eco Warriors club, and many additional resources.

These are courses offered by the Ethnic Studies Department at Stanislaus State. Several are related to Indigenous Studies.

This acknowledgement was approved by the Academic Senate 11/12/19 and by President Junn 12/12/19.

This resolution was passed and adopted by the Board of Directors of the Associated Students, Inc., on April 16, 2019.

Since 2017, the Ethnic Studies department has hosted events in October to celebrate Indigenous Peoples Day. Click on their event listings for more details, including schedules, flyers, and event descriptions.
