Online legal research database that provides access to case law, state and federal statutes, administrative codes, newspaper and magazine articles, public records, law journals, law reviews, treatises, legal forms and other information resources.

Westlaw Search Tips:

Check what you are searching
- Default search is Federal only
- Click on "All Federal" to change
- If choosing California
  - Choose "Include Related Federal" for national decisions affecting California law
Use quotation marks for exact phrases: "duty to warn"

Option - choose a specific type of resource from the home screen:
