Congratulations, graduate students, on reaching this important milestone of getting ready to submit and publish the final version of your master’s thesis/project in electronic format. (If you are a doctoral student submitting a dissertation, please use the doctoral dissertation submission form instead.)
Before proceeding to the submission process, please take a moment to review the checklist below to ascertain that you have completed all required steps in the thesis/project clearance process.
When you have completed the submission process, you will receive an email acknowledgement of your submission, but the thesis/project clearance process does not end there. The University Library will review your electronic thesis/project, making sure that this final version is in full conformity with the University guidelines. When the review is complete and satisfied, the University Library will issue an official email thesis/project clearance notification. Upon receipt of this notification, your clearance process will be complete.
Once your thesis or project is accepted by the University Library, it will be deposited to the University’s digital Institutional Repository, Stanislaus ScholarWorks. Depending on your choice of copyright and access option, your electronic thesis/project will be available either to only current Stanislaus State users or all users.
Access the Electronic Thesis Submission Form and begin the submission process. For questions or problems, contact ThesisSubmission@library.csustan.edu.
