Circulation periods for print reserve materials are determined by the instructors and range from two hours to one week. These "check-out" periods for most Reserve materials are usually listed under the "Course Note" section Library Catalog entry for that course.
Materials placed on Reserve by instructors for use by their students in conjunction with specific classes are housed in the "Reserves" collection which is located behind the Circulation Desk. These materials range from photocopies of class notes to journal articles, and on rare occasions course textbooks. To find items placed on Reserve you can search Course Reserves section of the Library Catalog by title, course title or instructor's name.
Since Fall semester 2020, the Library also offers electronic reserves. Reserve items in electronic format are accessed through the library website.
