What this service can help you with:

When CSU Stanislaus Librarians are not available for online chat, the QuestionPoint Ask a Librarian 24/7 service will connect you with a professional librarian in a cooperating college or university from across the country. This service is ideal for getting help with research questions and basic information about library services.

Questions about Interlibrary Loan Requests, Books Checked Out, etc.

Because this is a national service, some questions directly related to CSU Stanislaus or your University Library account, such as fines, the status of Interlibrary Loan requests, book renewals, etc., may not be able to be answered by this service. For these types of questions, please see the other help options available on the Ask a Librarian page.
