What's Covered: Books from dozens of scholarly publishers.
Subjects Covered: All academic disciplines taught at CSU Stanislaus.
Access to the full-text: Individual chapters may be read immediately online. Portions (9 to 60 pages) can be saved as PDF files. Most titles can be downloaded to a computer, tablet or phone for two weeks.
Dates Covered: 2004 - present
Up to 60 pages can be printed for most titles. (For some titles the limit is lower or printing is prohibited.)
To print: While reading online, choose the Print icon. Ebrary will prompt for a page range (and indicate the maximum number of pages), and then to choose Continue and Open PDF. A PDF file should be downloaded to your computer. Open the PDF file and use the print function on your computer's PDF viewer.

The entire book can be downloaded for 14 days to your computer/device via free Adobe Digital Editions software (for Windows or Macintosh computers) or the Bluefire Reader (for iOS or Android devices - iPads, iPhones, Android phones & tablets).

For books that are able to be downloaded, clicking on the Download icon will step through the required processes (eBrary sign-on, Adobe sign-on and software downloading, and downloading the book).

2. Adobe personal ID (sign-in / create ID)
3. Appropriate DRM software:
For computers (Windows or Macintosh): Adobe Digital Editions software
For devices (iOS or Android): Bluefire Reader (access on your device using iTunes or Google Play)

Availability: For CSU-wide Academic Complete titles (80,000): unlimted access. For CSU Stanislaus PDA titles: one simultaenous user available at a time. Off-campus restricted to current CSU Stanislaus faculty, students and staff.
